PUBLIC REVIEW AND COMMENT

The official Public Comment Period pertaining to the Draft Environmental Impact Statement will be open until April 2, 2008.

To make an official comment to be included in the Public Record that will be addressed in the Final Environmental Impact Statement, you must submit an official comment.  To submit an official comment, you must either attend a scheduled public hearing to deliver your comments verbally, or you must submit your comments in writing. 

The public hearing schedule is as follows:

Wednesday, February 6th at 7 pm at Stissing Mountain
High School.

Friday, February 29th at 7pm at Stissing Mountain
High School.

Thursday, March 6th at 5pm at the Milan Town Hall.

Wednesday, March 12th at 7 pm at Stissing Mountain
High School.


To submit comments in writing, please mail them to the Town of Pine Plains Planning Board at Pine Plains Town Hall, PO Box 955, Pine Plains, New York 12567.  Comments must be post marked no later than April 2nd, 2008 to be considered part of the official public record.

Written comments may also be hand delivered to the Town of Pine Plains Town Clerk at 3284 Route 199, Pine Plains, New York between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Comments must be hand delivered by no later than 1 pm on April 2, 2008 to be considered part of the official public record.
